Saturday:
General suckage, plus a pitiful try at 315# for reps/30 mins. Wasn't too bad until my body refused to lift it. Need to get my DL up a bit...
Tuesday: Hotel gym workout. Some complexes with the max dumbbell on store (50#), some leg presses, and some pushups. Can't hurt...

Travelling right now?
I figured that 315 lb deadlift challenge was pure sadism.

Must be nice to be home. Nothing shakes jet lag like snatches and clean and jerks.

And the report:
Ran a few days on 5-6 hours of sleep/night with the rest of time time working or transit. Long IFs (at one meal/day) and walking around an enormous conference hall.
Feeling a bit dizzy yesterday for my workout, so kept it brief:
sn: up to 52x1x5
press 5 day: up to 95x5 (stayed at 5s)
fs 5 day: up to 175x5 (feeling really dizzy...)

Why so dizzy? Just a combination of poor sleep, little food and jet lag?

That, or slightly sick. I'm not sure. Feeling way better now after lots of sleep and recovery.
