Starting UD2.0 again to get down to 187#. Lots of complexes and reps of lower body exercises. I think I'll do straight depletion next week. Depletion sucks as it is.
Also have a mild cold...

I wouldn't jump into UD2.0 until the cold goes away. Something more mild should be fine.
I was thinking about UD2.0 the other day and got a little nauseous thinking about the low cal/low carb days + depletion.... good luck.

Cold was super mild --- thanks to Vit D!
Down to 194 this morning.
Did a DJ complex and then a moderate carb-up today -- can't stomach a larger carb-up. I need to work up to the monster carbing...

I had to read this a couple of times. The first two times through I thought you were snatching 100 KG X 2. I was like holee crap Arien has made HUGE progress. I couldn't figure out why that was an Urghh...

I've made minor progress on snatches -- I can routinely do 120-125# instead of occasionally, and I can occasionally do 130# instead of once when lightning strikes.
That press number is both atypical (I *should* have been able to grind out 3 reps) and incremental progress over a year ago.
So I'm getting movement and progress, I just have to look really hard to see it.... :-)

That it is.
Sunday: bike riding.
Monday: Long IF + BCAAs, then UD2 depletion by complexes, finishing off with 3x20 rep squats at 95# supersetted with pushups.

I just threw up a little thinking about IF, Complexes + 3x20 rep squats. What do you have on tap for day 2 of depletion?

It wasn't that bad. I just stopped or slowed way down when the nausea got too bad. I think I just need some upper body depletion. Lower body should be good after sdl+hsn+ohs+snpp+gmx8 reps each x 4 sets, plus the 3x20 squats. All super light weight but still, if I'm not lower body depleted.... Thinking about pushup+row+situp complexes today.
