If I can drop 5# per day, I'll be skeletor.

Some moderate sets of 8 today in OHS, FS, floor press, and RDL. And the carbs. This diet gets old...

Not so good today. Hit a couple reps at 57kg, failed at 59. Somehow, that 2kg kills me. But that was OK.
Repeated the 5 day of 5/3/1, and bombed out on press and FS. Will take a rest week, and come back with a Bulgarian program, and get back to trimming in 4 weeks.

Sunday/Monday: Skiing. If doing front squats right before skiing seems like a bad idea, it is....

Sick sick sick. Also red eye travel and little sleep.
Weight is holding at 192#, so that's 15 lbs down from my high. As I wrote above, I'm going hold here for a while.
Saturday
sn: 115#x1x5 (got easier over the set)
press: 95#x5
c&j: 145#x1x5
split squats

Yep. Bad cold or mild flu. The whole family decimated. My wife had it worse, and had two kids to take care of, whereas I had room service....
