Decent. At some point, I just lost it, but it was fine until then. I'm not sweating it.

Light day today. Perhaps I should learn to skip light days, because this wasn't that great.

sn: 105#x1x5
press: 95#x4
j: range of weights up to 135#x1x3. Light and fast.
fs: up to 175x3

Nah. Keep the light days. Medium days are stupid though.

I'm doing an experiment in going to 4 days/week, so perhaps I should go to:

Sa: heavy (work to max)
Su: light
Tu: volume (reps at med-heavy)
Th: light

Travel week, lots of walking around. Didn't feel like hitting the gym.
Friday:
sn: up to 125# (failed 2x before then...)
c&j: up to 145#.

Strength not coming back. So perhaps I can be lean 'n' weak or fat and less weak.

OK, change in approach. Solid 5/3/1 with power movements beforehand. If I can't succeed focusing on raising my oly lifts, maybe I can succeed getting stronger.

Saturday: 2x hill sprints on a gnarly hill
Sunday:
hpcl: up to 135#x3x3
dl: 205#x5, 240x5, 270x8
gm: 115x10x2
kroc rows: 24kgx30(r), 25(l)

I miss deadlifts. My body feels like a truck hit it, in a good way.
