Monday:
hpsn: 95#3x3. Will stick here until it feels too light.
dl: 225x3, 255x3, 285x10
Told myself that if I could hit 8, I could forego the GMs. When I hit 8, I thought that was too easy.
Kroc rows: 24kg x 32 (r), 30 (l)

Hill sprints, 80 m, 7 sprints.
Significantly easier than 120 meters.

Saturday:
hpsn: 95#x3x3. Easy, as it should be
sq: 160#x3, 180x3, 205x13
Again, told myself that if I could hit last round's reps, I would forego the bulgarian split squats. High reps at work weight certainly exposes and hits weaknesses. Felt it in my abductors and my spinal erectors.

Later: hill sprints, 50 yds X 7 sprints. Set a goal of 10, but did short rests, and was getting twinges here and there.

Tuesday:
back on the road, but found a crappy hotel with good admit privs to a decent gym. Decent gym + Crossfit + boxing + pole dancing(!), actually. But had a platform and a squat rack.
hpsn: 95#x3x3
back squats: 175x5, 195x3, 215x6. This week, I seem to be weaker than last week.
bulgarian split squats 3x10
leg presses 3x10
Chinese buffet in copious quantities.

What's up with the squats? Travel got you sluggish?
