Travel, long IF, different equipment (no belt or squat shoes), just generally getting worn down. My showing on DLs was crappy as well. Dunno. I'm not going to sweat it -- I'll do a recovery week and see how next cycle goes...

Ahh. I see. Travel/work is a real drag on training. To be employed or athletically awesome. That is the eternal question.

Yep. The Redwood Empire meet hits during a scheduled vacation. Thinking about the California Strength Open in October. I'd like to hit a few rounds of 5/3/1 then train a day a week at California Strength. Reading about Glenn coaching masters has me super inspired:
