Still not recovered from the squats.

hpcl: 135#x3x3. Why so tough?
dl: 230x3, 260x3, 295x8
Krocs: 65#x25 (r), 20(l)
gm: 115x10x3

press: 80#x3, 90x3, 100x3. Need to drop the weight for next round
db press: 30 @x10x3

Wait, the rep calculator is showing same level of strength as last cycle? Leave a couple reps in the tank or is one of the calcs off?

Neither, I think. Just different levels of recovery. I'm not sweating it. Press not moving either, but squat moving quite a bit. It will all work out in the end....

h sp cl: triples. Didn't do so well; still in recovery from DLs
sq: 165x3, 190x3, 215x10

Cut it early. Played around with some sets of split squats and kb swings, but my heart wasn't in it, so gave it up.

Did you miss your reps on the floor press or just crap out before you were thinking you would?
