Too light. But if I'm doing 'em every day, too light is better than too heavy, I guess.

Shoulders healing up decently.

Nothing on Sunday. Had a memorial service for a former employee who died last week at the age of 27... Makes you think.

Realized today that I've been at this program for 3 weeks now, entering the 4th, so taking a light week:
