Thursday, Friday: walking about town.
Saturday:
fs: singles up to 205lbs, failed on 215, should have gone to 210. 205 is PR by 10 lbs
bp: 120x5x3
dl rack pulls: triples. Hit 365x3, 385x2 -- grip failed
chins: 5x3
20 minutes treadmill, watching olympic women's soccer, then olympic women's beach vollyball. For the sheer athleticism of it, of course.
Finished with 3 treadmill sprints.

Sunday-Wednesday: rest and travel
Thursday:
I was excited to actually be able to do weightlifting again...
sn: went up to 42.5kg but hit a wall -- no pull
c&j: went up to 57.5kg, same deal
box sq: Did one set at 70x5, then 70x4 and failed, then went back but had nothing....
Really weird -- it's as if the snatches took everything out of my legs -- as if my fast twitch muscles weren't yet back from vacation. Don't know what happened.
press: 85#x5x2, 75#x5x3
chins: 3xmax
Hopefully my fast twich fibers return from vacation next workout...

By the way, I hate jerks behind the neck. The movement feels strange, and I nearly hurt myself with the bar crashing down on my neck. Regular jerks from now on.

Friday:
tall sn + 2x sn bal: up to 38.5, then down to 32.5x1x3
ohs: up to 61, then 52.5x1x3
Probably could have gone higher on the ohs -- felt stronger than last time I tested a max, but balance was the limit after weeks of no heavy snatching.
Skipping chins for tomorrow. Skipping metcon.

Maybe should have skipped Friday.
Saturday:
sn: up to 47.5, nothing higher. Form is the issue here.... Bleah. Always happens when I lay off from snatching heavy for a while
c&j: up to 65, slight pressout. Probably could have pushed higher, but wanted to save something for squatting
bs: up to 97.5, failed at 102.5 but just barely.
chins: 4 sets
abs: 3 sets of standing ab wheel rollouts
