if: 16.5 hours, broke at 1130

wod at 0800

should not have tried to do an AM fasted workout after a long fast yesterday. dragged through the whole thing and felt faint.

wu
1 k row
2 rnds:
15 pvc dislocates
15 pvc good mornings
15 pvc ohs
15 kipping pullups
15 pushups
15 ghd situps

wod
sn - heavy single - worked up to 110# (88%)
c&j - heavy single - worked up to 140# (90%)

then
tabata squats - 16-16-16-16-16-16-16-16
rest 1 min
tabata pushups - 7-7-7-7-7-7-6-4

abysmal on the pushups. the first 5 sets i finished 7 pushups in ~7 sec of work. and then rounds 6-8, i just hit muscular failure so fast. im going to try to add these in 1x/wk gant style - 6 rnds / max reps per round

It's very hit or miss if I feel ok when I do a fasted workout. Not really sure about the surrounding factors here.

yeah, this is the worst its been. 4 shots of espresso didn't help either! im guessing sleep / previous day nutrition play a role here.
