thanks, allen! although the credit goes to jon, and, of course, concept 2. the rowing cert was really cool - especially getting out on a scull. waaay different than the erg, obviously.

didn't keep track of exact scores. pushups were, unfortuanately, approx same as last week. (~15-7-4-4-4-4). id like to think they were affected by push press and tabata pullups.
