Your workout from the 10th looks like fun. I might throw that in this week. I have been feeling the need for speed. Ending with thrusters is major suck-ola though.
I wanted to show your Grace vid to one of the guys that works out with me. Did it make the main page or is up somewhere else. Once again really nice time.

hey derek! the 10th workout wasnt that bad (although, thrusters at the end are the worst). once wods are over 7-10 minutes, imo, it really becomes a management game. assuming some CF-esque baseline fitness, very much a "cardio" workout. not putting it down.... its just not quite the same as fran or helen, for example.
as for the video, jon (from www.againfaster.com)'s media guy, pat, submitted it to HQ on friday. im not completely sure on the exact status. sometimes vids are played months after they are made! and since we'd love for HQ to run it, we won't be posting it elsewhere. or at least until we know whether or not its in the que.
********************************
no real if - low carb energy drink before the wod, but it wasn't enough
meal around 1330, 16+ hrs
wod at 0930
wu - 2000m row, DROM
wod
bs (high bar) - 5 x 5 - 145# all sets - this was very tiring for me.
push press - 5 x 3 - 115#, 120#, 120#, 125#, 125#
clean deadlift - 3 x 5 - 175#, 175#, 175# - finally liking the new start position.
finished with our 1 mile loop. should have timed it, pace felt pretty good.
