Congrats on the clean pr.

I did split cleans and squat jerks for fun a while back.
Danny wanted to kick my ass and told me I can't lift that way at his gym

Stopped pretty quick - squat clean is much more fun and much stronger.

thanks! until my front squat improves... im going to work with it. my power cln pr before yesterday is higher than my squat clean pr (155# vs 145#). and now, my split cln pr is higher than my front squat (160# vs 155#). and my jerk is 175#, so its obviously the fs that is limiting me. im working on it - but strength doesnt come quickly!

cut out some metcons and start training 3 days/wk squatting every session. Squat strength will come quick.

Yesterdays WOD looks kind of fun kind of nasty.

I am working my way up to Man Grace. I did 115 LB's Tuesday in 6:40. Debilitating is all I have to say. Two more weeks and I am going for the whole enchilada. Every time I waver I just think of you motoring through in your video.

Linda = suck....I still remember my first experience with it, my 2nd girl workout ever. Horrible.

yeah, i would imagine rx'd is a pretty hefty dose! rx'd is out of reach for me on any of the lifts for 55 reps, but most problematic is the bench. surprisingly (to me), i wasn't sore. ill try again in a couple months, bumping my "bw" up 10#.

15 pvc ohs
15 pvc hip extensions
15 pushups
15 kipping pullups
15 ghd back ext
15 abmat situps

muscle snatch - hvy single - 85#, 95#, 100#, tried 105# - but it was a pwr sn
fs - 5 x 5 - 120#, 120#, 125#, 130#, 130#
push press - 5 x 3 - 120#, 125#, 125#, 130#, 130# - felt light today
jerk - hvy single - 145#, 155#, 165#, 170x, 170#, 175x, 175# (5# pr), 180# (with slight pressout), 180x, 180x

think i would have hit a clean 180# if i was more fresh. i thought 175# was a previous 1RM - turns out i had only hit 170# before.
