Hello. This be my second post.
I have been lurking for a while here and have stolen gobloads of (no doubt)intellectually property protected workout ideas. Now the guilt is setting in. Felt I'd be ignoring my manners not to formally introduce myself.
I'm Dave. I used to race bikes but I'm all better now. I have two kids and I like to lift them. I like to lift things made of metal, rock and sometimes wood as well. Sometimes I throw and hit things for fun too.....That's it.
I will go back to scamming information now. Posted up in the Fat Loss section regarding a rep/set progression of OLAD + Met Con. Will post back with any useful findings in my experiment of one.
