Default supplement help

I had a student athlete bring me some supplements he wanted my opinion on... NCAA legal/safe/effective
the products are Analvol extreme muscle cell volumizer and aminovol protien synthesis stimulator.
Thanks for any insight you guys can shed.

Aminovol looks simply like some fancy amino acids.

Anavol is some fancy creatine and aminos.

I'd suggest you stay far away from the Analvol, unless you're into that sort of thing...not that there's anything wrong with that, of course...

Dat boy gon' get all swole quick now...

Tell him he'll do better getting his 1g/lb of protein a day and some basic creatine than using the fancy stuff...
