I am new to the site. Could someone explain what "12 (push-up + 3 kick-backs)" means?

Do a push-up; jump your feet up to your hands as if you're going to do a burpee but keep your hands on the floor; kick your feet back into the push-up position. Do 3 kick-backs for each push-up.
