Default Have been doing the Kirkland brand of late...

Dr G,

Your vitamins rock! Taking those religiously, but a couple months back (~5.5-6) I ran our of Carlsons and just picked up the Costco kinda fish oil.

Fish Oil Concentrate 1000 mg [Containing EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 180 mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 120 mg] THIS IS PER CAPSULE

So I'd been ingesting 15 caps/day since last year during my pro football/back to hot body/V-Diet days and I hadn't changed that until now.

For the past couple weeks, I've only been doing 3 caps/day due to the heartinferno that wakes me up for the Tums I now keep bedside. The fish oil+heartburn taste is intolerable!!! But now, as Kicky Pants' brain is doing that final pre-birth growth spurt, I do want to keep up the good fat for him.

Then again, I have no desire to bleed out during the delivery either...

Jamila,
3 caps a day is fine IMO. Taking one capsule at a time might make things better, or it might just spread out the nastiness through the day (which could be worse).

Always take fish oil with foods that contain fat, particularly when taking capsule form. I have heard that some people have had good results with reducing/eliminating fish burps by freezing the capsules.
