Default Alternate for GHR

Anybody got any good ideas...I have access to a hyperextension but really cant do GHR on it and i have no training partner or this would not be an issue.

Thanks Justin

Does the reverse hyper not work? Would dead lifts be a good sub?

nah. it's just a joke. GHR woks your hamstrings directly, it's not much tougher than that. pull through, high rep SLDL, RDL to a degree, KB swings and freaking leg curls using a machine or bands will accomplish a lot of what the GHR does.

Never used a reverse hyper but it's purported bennies include a light traction on the back while working the erectors and hamstrings. sounds nice axly but not the end of the world if you don't have one.

the vid is directed at the NGA (navel gazers anonymous) members among us. .
