Default CA WOD frequency

If you're only lifting three days a week, what adjustments would you make to the CA WOD? It looks like Monday, Wednesday and Saturday are usually the three principal workouts, with Tuesday and Friday as "recovery workouts," so would you just follow the Mon/Wed/Sat workouts? Would you increase the volume of those three workouts at all, or keep them as is?

Thanks in advance,

mpc

What is your proficiency with the lifts? That should determine how you should go about picking what workouts to do with 3/5.

Fair enough. Some background would be helpful. I've been lifting and competing for probably 9 years now. I'm currently competing as a very light (90kg) 94kg lifter with current bests of 92/124 and improving. Back squat around 150. Relatively high proficiency in the lifts -- it's generally pure strength that holds me back.
