This is an excellent idea, particularly noobs like me.
Do you have an estimate for the clean and jerk poster...and perhaps a package deal?

Howard -
The clean and the jerk will be separate posters, and they went to the printer today, so I expect them in by the end of next week. And yes, there will be a package deal.

That is excellent.
I hate having to find a progression or something in a book (of which I'm not particularly happy with any WL book). So I end up skipping or just doing the Burgener warm-up or something. To be able to glance at the key points and work through a series will be very useful to me.
Of course, even better would be a Starting Strength type book for WL. I suggested it to Rip too. There would seem to be a market for it if only for all the crossfitters.
Thanks,
howard

It's done aside from some final photos that we should get finished next week, and then it's off to the printer. We'll have pre-ordering set up soon.
