I tried it....all that sugar gave me the runs.....did help me to go to sleep but found I was waking up too often during the night also.....I did find an interesting small nightime snack for once in a while that did work out alright....spoonful of peanut butter...spoonful of full fat ice cream....tastes pretty good....
