Good post Liam. I agree....if we want to change the world...we must start within first. Compassion is a good thing....as the overweight people out there desperately need it...and if we can help them become aware...then that is the greatest thing we can do for them.

Hmm I tend to only notice that people begin taking their health seriously after they discover some medical problem with themselves such as diabetes. A customer of mine at Starbucks (also a nurse) was just diagnosed with Diabetes and has made sudden changes to her diet and the results show but what is impressive is that she has waked up and is pushing that kind o diet discipline on her own children who are all under 12.

I still found it a shame that she waited so long to realize the dangers of processed foods but it's better to start somewhere then to walk blindly and ignorantly through life like most people do.

I've tended to shift my focus away from individuals who simply don't care to individuals who are merely uneducated although those types of people are few and far in between.

Life is a Rankine Cycle a sin wave... Cyclical energy states persistently transient, or whatever other syllables of the Engish language that might describe the same thing.

At the end of the day pure Evil does not know that it is Evil and neither does Good. They are just opposing magnatudes of energy states of a wave. Only the transient points along the wave experience the derivative difference between the two.

experience -> data -> information -> intelligence -> knowledge -> wisdom

Most people who, in their present state unable to change trends in their path, are simply stuck at most at the information level and alot of what they are exposed to is counter to continuing further up the chain. Once they break through to intelligence and beyond they will change their path. All energy undergoes prompt change at a certain point of coalescence.

Thank you for a great reminder Liam

The one I presently have written on my monitor in front of face to program my particular coalescence of energy is:
"The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the worlds problems."
Gandhi

Something I regularly say to myself to at least break the thought pattern of judgemental condemnation:
"They are as we once were or could be presented with precisely the same options."

We can change our programming. We are not the machines we are being told we are by... I'll stop now Keep thinking!
