It warms my heart to see something like this published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Maybe just maybe people are starting to come around.

"The low-fat diet was based on American Heart Association guidelines....They took in just 30% of calories from fat...."

...just 30%...they coulda been on the zone.

Just saw a thing on Good Morning America that the "expert" solution from this study is to eat:
Low-fat
Low-carb
Low-calorie
Make sure to get plenty of "good fats" and "good carbs"

Jeez. Talk about trying to confuse people. They had to bring up the protein toxicity issue yet again, while still never including amount of protein in any of their "expert" recommendations.
