Default Best book for zone blocks?

What's the most comprehensive book that has zone blocks for different foods?

Don't need a book, just use this chart

Or you can get one of the Zone cookbooks (Zone meals in Seconds is one I had back in the day) that will help you figure things out a bit more.

Hope this helps
