Meal: Dinner
1/2 a Hass (a very small one)

Sliced up half a hass for my steak and mixed weeds salad. The selection and quality of alligator pears at the local market was quite unremarkable.

My avocado from the other night:
1 whole, cut in half, add sea salt, eat with spoon.

My wife's avocado (guac):
1 whole, quartered, peeled, combine and mash in bowl with sea salt, dried cilantro, pepper, and a splash of lime juice or ACV.

She eats it with a turkey burger mixed in or some organic blue corn chips. Oh how I need those dang chips to stop entering my house...

Heat in pan: kale, endive, eggs, avocado mix for breakfast.

Rating: Hass avocados take the prize over Israeli ones.

Thanks to this thread I've been eating about 4 avocados a week than last couple months. My favorite breakfast is now 3 eggs with a diced hass, a few ounces of pork and some spinach.

Excellent! If this thread inspires all readers of this message board to eat just one more avocado than they normally would, my work here will be done.

I have no life.

An ill-fated attempt at guacamole. Too much lime juice.

Lessons learned: Invest in some tablespoons ya cheap bastard!

More guacamole with a side of sirloin steak. I added some Serrano Chilis, which made the guac somewhat more passable.

My clean has been stagnant for a few months now. Suck.

I will have to give this a try. Do you mash the avocado in with the tuna? Or just slice it up and put it on top? Do you add any extra seasoning?

Thanks in advance. Your contribution to the thread is much appreciated.

9 oz sirloin steak, garden vegetable salad with a WHOLE AVOCADO! Bliss! The Warrior Diet rocks my world.
