4 whole avocados, skinned and mooshed.
8 scallions finely chopped
1/2 lime squeezed
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 tbsps olive oil... or more I admit
few squirts of tobasco, i swear just a "few"
Shared with the S.O., but she only ate about 25% and couldn't take it anymore, I fought the rest of the battle.
mix well, dip entire bag of pemmican like chips...
followed by a 12 oz strip steak "sandwich".
