IF'ing is becoming some weird cult thing.
This guy is obviously having Flashbacks.
Breaking fast and having out of body or in body experiences, next thing, Oprah will be IF'ing and Rob Wolf will be on the couch, then Wal Mart will be IF'ing.
It's just not eating, then eating, how can it get so complicated?????

That sounds like a plan MIke, I can see it now the "IF affiliate turn-key/jump rope " cert..........It will only cost $10,000.00 USD.
