Cool Kettlebell Vvariations
I showed some guys from IronWoody the kettlebell leverage presses that we use and they put together a short video of their training.
See it here:

I would recommend against the finger-tip and bottoms-up presses on the bench though. Give those kettlebell leverage presses a try, they're tough.

Those are pretty cool moves.
When I do the bench with the kbs hanging from the bands, I loop them a bit more so they don't bottom out.

Steve,
I think they were meaning to bottom out, not sure though.

Jason-
Interesting stuff! How are you working this into your training? A special day here and there or is this something you have worked in systematically?

Hey Robb,
I basically just play around with those variations.I add them in at the end of more concentrated work on jerks or C+Js.

Right on.
Fantastic article and videos in the PM. You clarified some stuff I've been seriously foggy on.

I think Roob was just being nice! He really wasn't foggy on much.
Robb on the other hand may have been thinking the same thing I was. WTF is an active swing? Then we read you article and realised oh its what we're doing. Right on, I just thought it was the right way to do it in the first place.
I'm just kidding I still have no idea what you're talking about

We've been doing some band-resisted swings lately (I'll get some video up soon). The more I play with it, the more I like them. Makes a nice variation.
