I've known and seen so many morons like him before. Two guys at work used to juice and one 'em fell dead of a heart failure, in the gym, at the age of about 25. Years ago the gym I frequented was rife with juicers. One guy came out of the locker room with blood coming out of his chest where he poked himself....what fools....

Oddly enough people have forgotten the concept of hard work pays off...
Though Tom Platz seems to understand it well enough:
226kg Back Squat for 23reps...

Ah Platz... back in the days when bodybuilding hadn't yet diverted to the path of utter spankitude...

...as far....
I've read some interviews with Valentino, and I really just feel sorry for him. He had, at one point, his own forum, and there were literally 100s of posts asking him why he was so stupid.

Steve,
Did you ever read his column in Muscular Development? It was awful, I couldn't imagine a whole forum of his own.
