Default Good Resource For Speed?

Hi Guys

First post - wooohooo!

I've been on crossfit for a year and a half and I've been lurking here for a while.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get some material on sprint drills? It's for coaching a field hockey team.

Thanks

Jaime

At the very worst search speed/sprinting drills on youtube. Brian Degennaro has some stuff he put up a while ago.

I'd also work stuff on cutting/agility perhaps as well.
