No weights for the next week because of the medication the physical therapist put me on. So this week I'll be working on sprints/agility/plyometrics.
Sunday - agility
Monday - sprints + plyometrics
Tuesday - sprints + agility
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - sprints + plyometrics
Friday - sprints + agility
Saturday/Sunday - rest
And back to the weights next Monday. Everyone have a good week.

Got back into the gym yesterday. The facility at this college is nice and all, but they don't allow chalk so I'm going to learn a good way to tape my fingers so chalk won't be necessary.
Yesterday (8/25)
Snatch
worked up to 60kg
Behind-Neck Push Press (snatch grip)
worked up to 145lbs x 2
Overhead Squat
worked up to 125lbs x 2
Today (8/26)
sprints + agility

What about liquid chalk?

College is real stingy about all that. I mean they won't even let you in the gym unless you bring your own towel. So I'm sure any form of chalk is out of the question.

Little disappointed in the back squat today. But, got up to 215 and did 1 and it went up fairly slow so I just racked it there and called it a day.
Snatch
heavy single (90%) - 120# for 4 singles
Clean&Jerk
heavy single (90%) - 150# for 4 singles
Back Squat
heavy double - 205# x 2
heavy single - 215# x 1

Today has just been amazing. I feel on top of the world. Finally started going out with this one girl and had a good day in the gym. No technique flaws on any snatch reps except one during warm-up.
Snatch

Snatch Balances
max double- 135# x 2
Snatch Deadlift + Shrug
70kg x 3, 3, 3

Training with the ice hockey team begins tomorrow and I don't know what to expect. The veteran said we do a lot of olympic lifting so I guess it can't be all bad. And the on-ice captain's practices start tomorrow also so not sure how well I'll be recovering from everything but you gotta do what you gotta do.
