OK, so I know I'm about a month late with this, but I finally had some pasta with shrimp and red pesto for lunch today. Red pesto sauce --> indubitably delicious!

Isn't that the second recommendation for red pesto? I'll have to get after that this weekend.
Wednesday: Coffee/cream, no workout. Huge chicken salad at 9:30am break w/ greens & mayo/cream dressing. No lunch. Dinner: Bacon, pork chops, cottage cheese, bleu cheese, water melon, a bit of rice, fish oil. 2450 cals, 55 gr carbs. Too much food, I'm feeling it this morning.
