grrrrr, stagnant at 17% right now for sure. Not enough sleep plus I went off of IF for a couple weeks. I figured this might happen with school starting up again though. Plan is to start IFing regularly again and see what that does for the sleep. It may take some tinkering to fix up but it is doable. I'm in for the long haul.

Friday: coffee/cream & fried eggs for bfest, raw tuna steaks for lunch. Started thinking beer early in the day so stopped & grabbed some Guiness with the thought in mind to drink them all. Started right away when getting home and downed two. For dinner ate filet, fresh asparagus/pesto, mixed nuts, fish oil, one slice bread, and more beers. Passed out with two remaining, slept like a park bench bum. This week was stressful, water weight was all over the map. One day I was 191 and then today back down to 186. Not enough sleep, too much coffee and too much work. 2600 cals, 80 gr CHO.

Sunday: Decided I'm going to change things up and did the CF Filthy Fifty (scaled), the first metcon I've done in quite some time. Felt ok, I'm looking forward to getting in a different type of work. I'll still drop in random strength days but my goal is to do this until next spring.
Coffee/cream, bacon, mixed nuts & watermelon PWO. IF through lunch came home had a beer. For dinner (still a little bloated from ice cream last night) it was chicken/pesto, cheese, watermelon and a little spaghetti. 2400 cals, 110 gr CHO.
