Tuesday: coffee/cream, CF WOD. IF till 9:30am break, ate artichoke hearts/greens/pesto. Same for lunch. Dinner had steak, slice pizza, fish oil, pineapple. 1855 cals, 75 gr CHO.
Weds: coffee/cream, IF till 9:30am break had steak, greens/artichoke hearts/pesto. Lunch had same. Dinner: pork chop, 1/4 cup noodles, cheese, blueberries, strawberries. 2150 cals, 95 gr CHO.

Thursday: coffee/cream, CF WOD. IF till lunch, had steak greens/asparagus/pesto, fish oil. Dinner, had ahi, 1/4 cup rice, mixed nuts, two beers. 2000 cals, 55 gr CHO.

Friday: coffee/cream, cf wod modified, pwo steak/egg breakfast. Lunch was steak w/ pesto/greens, fish oil. Dinner: 3 beers, cheese, rice, mixed nuts. 2400 cals, 90 gr cho.

Saturday: Coffee/cream, then started things off with a kick-butt CF WOD that I'd never done before: run 400 meters and do 50 squats for time, did it in 18 flat. Had rubber quads after but it felt great! Things went off the deep end after. Had bacon/eggs, lots of bacon. Later went out with the family for my 54th and ate a large 16 oz prime rib with all the trimmings. Had a few Guiness, nice time. Not a bad day for an old dude.
Sunday: coffee/cream, lots of bacon. Did 10 hours worth of studying Hydrology plus homework. Dinner: bacon! then had ahi, avocado, and rice.
Didn't bother tracking the intake, it was a lot though.
