Coconut oil on ice cream is awesome. Tried that one last week. On a side note I managed to gain 10lbs in one hour today on chicken on a stick, bar-b-que pork and several servings of ice cream. Damn , Chinese buffets get me every time.

Yep, those are the ones. I thought I couldn't get to them due to the military censors on the internet. Hmmm, this is interesting.
These boards don't seem to get the traffic the CF boards due. Any insight on that one Patrick?
