Default Blue Light Filter

https://www.lowbluelights.com/index.asp (wfs)

They sell glasses and screen filters that are supposed to filter out the melatonin-suppressing blue light from computer and TV screens. Seems like a good idea if you must spend a lot of time in front of the computer (and don't mind looking goofy).
I kinda wonder if just pasting orange cellophane over the screen wouldn't do the trick though

$80 seems a little steep; what other sources are there for red tinted glasses?

I guess the cheap option would be to stay off the computer after dark
