Muscle snatch - heavy single: 105-110#
Power clean + push jerk - 75% (of power clean) x 2 x 3: 105#
You would think if I can muscle snatch 110# I could snatch more than #110

More tall snatches and snatch balances! If you've got the pull to do that, you just need more comfort pulling under.

Hey Arien, thanks for the support and the tips. I definitely need to get more aggressive getting under the bar. I even have trouble with snatch balances! However, I am feeling a little better having made some progress on my snatch ME.

I had to skip my workout yesterday since I ended up working until 10 pm. So, I did Monday's workout today.
Back squat - 87% x 2 x 5: 191#
Snatch deadlift - 118% x 2 x 3: 150#
Push press - 85% x 3 x 5: 115#
