Tuesday 9/27/11

Woke up to a flooded house. The filter in refrigerator cracked and leaked water all night. I woke up this morning to half my house being flooded.

Sunday 10/9/11

Well having spent the last couple of weeks dealing with the house and living out of hotels and continuing to live out of a hotel I finally took advantage of the Marriot facilities.

30 minutes continuous work on various weight machines and with dumbells
