Saturday 09/27/08 7:20 - 7:35 pm
On 8 hours sleep
Row 2k: 9:11 or 2:17/500m
Shoulder was sore today. I think it was from the Push Ball on Thursday night. I took it easy today because of the shoulder and I want to go for PRs again tomorrow.
