if it is Jerry Weinstein, I was there for about a year with him. Chris Holder up at San Jose State was there before me and introduced him to the KBs, as far as I remember. He was big into the KBs and ball slams. I will check to see if I have the program somewhere.
The stuff we did KB wise was good. I would have liked to do more cleans, db snatches and heavy squats with them. Overall, it was okay. I sent the email again. Had your old address the first time.
