Man there are some people who are awful sensitive about Guiness on here.
My best friend and I used to use the Guiness / PWO Shake methodology many years ago to add mass and keep us feeling tip top.

Seconded.
Of the three food groups; Guinness, meat and inky black espresso, Guinness is the only one truly essential to human life.

Messing about Guiness with an Irishman is like going into a bar in Canada and turning off the hockey game for American Idol....it's just not done.....and you don't make it out alive....

MOD,
someday I'll bring you a real Irish beer - Alexander Keith's and you'll wonder what you've been doing without it all your life... Its lower carb then Guiness and higher alcohol content, tastes better too, frankly thats all a bad combination because you end up getting shittered alot faster!
I guess the old adage of "If a tree falls in the forest does anybody hear?" is true. If you never knew anything better existed you wouldn't miss it!
I know, I know, you're going to kill me - but someone of sound mind had to say something eventually!
Peace...
And to be truthfull a Canadian sports bar will have about 50 individual TV's in it all showing different stuff. If anyone were to change one TV to American Idol someone would call that person a fag, the tv would get switched back and that would be the end of it on average if anyone even cared enough to say anything! Some exceptions apply...
We're mostly far to complacent to care!

I've been doing 3 scoops of MRM Metabolic Whey (chocolate) and 1 can of coconut milk. 1100 calories... ~77g of protein. It's been helping with the mass gain tremenedously, methinks.
