Default Lack of energy and dizzy during Fasting

Hello

During my fasting, i have a really lack of energy. Its like my legs is heavy and im a little light headed. Im not hungry, so what can be the problem?

What are you eating? How much are you eating? How are you fasting?

clean paleo food, i vary with high carb days and high fat days. i fast from morning to dinner.

try adding more fruit....and eating more by taking days off fasting....don't forget the I in IF.

ok thank you. Ive read that some say it maybe my potassium level? but yes maybe i should go with more fruit. But eating fruits, or at least apples in my main meals my stomach get really upset.
