Default Paleo Finds at Whole Foods

I stumbled across two things yesterday that I hadn't seen before and thought some folks might be interested. Both appear paleo to me; please correct me if I'm wrong.

Frozen dessert made with coconut milk

Unsweetened almond milk

I looked through the flavors. Seems like Coconut, Chocolate, and Vanilla Bean are paleo-friendly, though a little high in sugar. Coconut has the least amount of sugar.

The other flavors do NOT look very paleo to me. They're dairy and soy free and all that junk, but not everything is unprocessed. Especially not in the cookie dough one. It's full of non-paleo crap.

I might try one of the safer flavors next time I go, though.

That looks awesome Margie but its technically not paleo as it is from cashews!!

As for Rachel's idea of the Coconut bliss-it is far superior!!

And the unsweetened almond milk is not so favorable!!

Why aren't cashews paleo? Are they a legume or something?

I looked it up a number of places and it is considered a seed, not a legume.

It's not a legume, it's a seed. It's technically not Paleo because of the processing that is required to get the seed out of its poisonous covering.
