Default Biceps Curls

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/4861268.stm

I knew all along that staring at my guns in the mirror while doing one armed preacher curls made them bigger.

What these guys don't know is that they get even bigger if you kiss each one after each set.

I like the comment "When athletes are at the starting line they are primarily focusing on the end of the track rather than what their legs are doing"

Apparetly the running lanes in Britian are much wider to allow for the runner to look at their feet and try to run down a track....

How'd they get my Myspace picture!?

I have always found it good to focus on one specific component to a complicated movement. Once I feel I have got that part down, I will move on to the next.

I know that if you try to focus on too much at once, the whole thing turns to crap.
