I'm drinking 6-8oz on 4-6 days of the week. It's good calories.
Once you've done it for a while you can drink it straight from the bottle, and not even flinch when you're done. 2-3oz per sip, easy.

In college I drew a line on a shot glass for a 4 block shot of OO, if for whatever reason I didn't feel like counting almonds I'd take a shot. Wasn't my favorite method of ingesting olive oil.
Patrick's method reminds me of the maple syrup chug from Super Troopers.

As for the how much is too much question... don't worry about it....your body will TELL you when you've had too much in one sitting. I'll let others elaborate.

If I ever start drinking fat, just shoot me. I'm as likely to take a shot of 10w40.
An oz of cheddar or a hard-boiled egg will give you about the same fat as a tablespoon of olive oil. Plus protein. Plus other good stuff.
If you're an anti-dairytarian, have some beef jerky or a cupla ozs of tuna.
That's why god made real food.
