As an update, today within a 2.5 hour timeframe I ate...
- 15oz tuna fillets (real stuff)
- 4oz burger
- 2oz jerky stick (Jack Links - I think it was 2oz)
- 1.5 cups of green beans
- 1/2 green apple
- 2/3 cup of grapes
- 2 avocados
- 10oz olive oil
No problems. Of course, there weren't all the nuts like there was last time either, mostly olive oil. (I don't have access to a Trader Joe's.)
