I'm trying to plot a birthday workout I can do with my 3 year old and 9 year old later. My wife had planned to make me a gluten free cake from beans....but thank goodness she came to her senses. Heh.

My WOD from yesterday was....

I wasn't allowed to go home until 6pm, and I had forgotten to eat earlier in the day so I just extended my fast to 22 hours followed by a gorging of Chinese food my wife bought then 2 big hunks of "Better than Sex" Cake made by my wife. Along with 3 beaming/happy kids (I wish everyday was my birthday if they acted like this everyday!). Followed by 3.5 hours of playing the video game my kids got me, Too Human is fun.

I'll try to resist the cake today....but I'm not sure I'll be able to.
