Newb question on fasting and just couldn't find what I'm looking for via search. My next two weeks precludes me from taking scheduled wod days off, but I am going to fast tomorrow for personal reasons.... fasted before, but never with a wod. I normally have done some fasting only on non-wod days, etc.
WOD time is at 1pm and plan on breaking fast around 6pm or even following morning. The wod is going to be strength based with metcon at end. What should I expect result-wise, energy-wise, etc... any tips? Suggestions? Personal experiences?
