Default Diet question

I am training heavy M-W-F and 1hr of yoga T-TH-S-Su. I am thinking of using this as my diet. I am 190-195lbs 10-11% looking to get stronger and heavier. I want to do this till I hit 15% BF then Get the BF back to 10-11%. I have gone lower in CHO on the non wt days but I'm not recovering well enough so I upped them some. Prior to this I was the same on m-w-f but 2000 @ P200 CHO<70. FAT<100g and maintaining pretty well but as the intensity increase I starting to lose some strength. I also eliminated all metcon work for the time being. Does this make sense?

Wed 200 - 600 - 50 3650
Thurs 280 140 - 120 - 2760
Fri 200 - 600 - 50 3650
Sat 280 140 - 120 - 2760

I personally would try to keep the protein and fat more constant and play around with carbs. So if you are shooting for strength and gaining weight I'd say 280 grams of protein should be an everyday thing and that 50 grams of fat is too low. Try to readjust your numbers from there.

So 280+ grams of protein and at least 100 grams of fat. Then adjust the carbs if needed. Another thing I would consider is that while trying to gain, why cycle the calories so much?

You know it's funny you say that because I was thinking on the way to work today I should just go with 3200 a day @ P-272 C-264 F-117.3333333
