It's pretty funny. I like it. But yes, it should be deleted.
I youtube my top sets for coaching cues for whoever will comment; plus, my coach, Randy Hauer, lives 8 hours away. So I rarely get one on one coaching.
Though not as .......welll.....bad as that one, there's a few of my youtubed things I should have deleted. Like falling over backwards doing squat cleans. Some of my facial expressions and expletives when I'm doing my lumberjack met-con. etc. Keeps me honest.

Pretty impressive that he could actually move around with the weight on his back as much as he did, but not get out of the hole.
Is it just me, or was he squatting in just boxers? That's just a terrible idea. Post-Mass Gain, I've had several full on explosions of said garment.
Being too huge for your clothes is a good feeling.
